Fitness Industry Solutions will grant you non exclusive rights to publish our articles electronically or in print and free of charge; provided the conditions included here are met, and with the following understanding: 

• The article may not be altered in anyway and must be reprinted in its entirety including any headings, links and bylines attached to it. You may not use this article in UCE (Unsolicited Commercial Email). All URL’s and/or hyperlinks in the headings, subheadings, article and byline must be fully functional.

By publishing this article you agree that you, or any third party with any connection to you, your business, your merchandise or your services, shall indemnify and hold harmless Companies Partners, Subsidiaries, Affiliates, licensees, Independent Coaches, Officers, Directors, Shareholders, Employees, Agents, Assigns, and those that publish reprints of these above stories or articles, with our permission, in print, electronically or otherwise against claims, damages, legal proceedings, actions and, including but not limited to actions arising from a breach of my warranties and representations in this agreement.
